Required Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in the state of New Jersey (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC as well as LAC, LSW)
• Willing to accept clients with insurance.
• Active participation in bi-weekly online ethics discussions.
• Experience with EHR & paperless office.
• Proven ability to handle crisis situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependability and a passion for helping others.
• Curious and open to feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 clients weekly & able to lead hybrid sessions – in office & virtually via Zoom.
• Experience in couples counseling and/or child counseling.
• Experience in leading group sessions.
• OOP/Sliding Scale (where necessary).

Compensation

• $30 – 75/hour DOE (LAC/LSW based on completed hours/supervision needs).
• Note, this is an employment position, not a 1099 position.
